At Mi Hub, we are proud of our ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) ambitions and are continuously investing in this area; we are committed to investigating and implementing initiatives that positively impact our people and planet wherever possible.
Mi Hub’s evolving ESG strategy is centred around four pillars: achieving verified carbon neutrality; minimising our environmental impact; adopting an inclusive people strategy for our employees and those in our supply chain, and developing our ESG Governance to build strong foundations for a responsible business.
In our commitment to the environment objective, which states that we will 'minimise our impact on the environment through environmental management standards, responsibly sourced garments and a circular bi design approach', we have been working on two strategies.
- Reduce packaging
- Create a Circular bi Design approach
These strategies both support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 13 - Climate Action.
We are basing our approach on “5 Rs”:
- Reduce
- Reuse
- Recycle
- Remove
- Research
The below gives a snapshot of our new approach which will bring us a step closer to a circular economy:
