When you purchase a new item of household electrical and electronic equipment from a Mi Hub brand in the UK, including Dimensions, Alexandra, and Yaffy, we will accept free of charge and on a one-to-one basis from you the return of an item of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

Provided that the item of WEEE is of an equivalent type to, and fulfilled the same function as the new equipment supplied by Mi Hub Limited to you.

The item of WEEE must be sent to Mi Hub Limited within 28 days of your purchase of the new equipment. You must cover all related postage and packaging costs.
