We're making strides in reducing our and our customers' carbon footprints.
We're pleased to share an update with you about an exciting project that is now in progress. We're moving to paperless billing!
We know our customers like to have everything at their fingertips these days - now they can view all their Mi Hub brand invoices online, from anywhere. Plus, customers can view 12 months of historic invoices and reduce their carbon footprint – simply by going paperless.
In 2021 we sent over 320,000 pieces of paper, and in 2022 over 206,000 pieces of paper for invoices. This move to paperless billing will help Mi Hub work towards our target of sending no paper out for invoices.
Over the coming months we will be including letters about the move in all invoices to invite customers to sign up to paperless billing. Customers are asked to sign up before 30th April 2023. Scroll down to find the sign-up links for Dimensions and Alexandra customers.
To celebrate the move and in collaboration with the Woodland Trust, we’re planting an acre of woodland near our HQ in the Midlands. The acre will likely be located in Willesley Wood, Ashby-de-la-Zouch - the Woodland Trust's closest plot to the Mi Hub HQ.
Willesley Wood is known for bird spotting, butterflies, fungi, wildflowers and the rare poplar among the mix of new and mature woods, wetlands and meadows. The first tree of the National Forest was planted in Willesley Wood in 1991.
