Hayley Brooks

Chief Executive Officer 

Hayley joined Mi Hub's Dimensions brand as Business Development Director in 2000 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2010. With over 20 years’ experience, the last 12 years as the Managing Director at Dimensions, Hayley’s strong leadership has propelled the Dimensions business into a market leading position in the UK. 

As Chief Executive Officer, Hayley is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the organisation, whilst ensuring that we serve our customers, people and stakeholders in the best way possible.

Andrzej Ostrowski

Chief Financial Officer 

Andrzej joined Mi Hub in 2022 and is responsible for the financial management of the Group.

Andrzej’s career spans over 23 years in senior roles in finance in privately owned manufacturing and service companies, including over 9 years as Board member and CFO. Andrzej has worked in Poland, the UK, Germany, and China, and immediately prior to joining Mi Hub he was CFO of a £340m multinational FMCG private label manufacturing group headquartered in UK.

He is a dual Polish and British Citizen holding science degree from University of Wroclaw, is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and began his career in Arthur Andersen Poland.

Philip Ellis

Chief Operating Officer 

Philip joined Mi Hub in 2023 bringing a wealth of experience in sourcing, logistics, operational improvements, and general management, with an extensive background working at a senior level across both private and public limited companies.

As COO, Philip is responsible for the entire Supply Chain, including the Logistics department, ensuring product delivery targets and quality standards are continuously met or exceeded throughout the organisation. He is responsible for the successful execution of the Group's operating plan whilst ensuring that we continue to serve all of our customers in the best way possible.
