Roma supports Alexandra's NHS and Public Sector customers across the UK, working alongside the Commercial Director and wider sales team. With more than 30 years of experience in the uniform industry, she brings extensive knowledge of NHS procurement, project management and relationship development.

Roma is passionate about supporting healthcare organisations and helping ensure frontline teams have access to high-quality uniforms, workwear and service support. She is proud of the team's expertise and commitment to delivering the best possible experience for customers. Colleagues and customers describe Roma as organised, knowledgeable and methodical, with a positive outlook and a great sense of humour.

Susan manages NHS customers across the Southwest, working closely with her Internal Key Account Executive to support around 45 NHS Trusts. She brings more than 45 years of experience in sales and relationship management, including five years dedicated to NHS account management with Alexandra.

Susan enjoys the variety that comes with supporting different Trusts, helping customers streamline processes and find solutions that meet their individual needs. She is known for being knowledgeable, supportive and hardworking, always willing to share her experience and support colleagues.

Outside of work, Susan has a lifelong passion for horses. She currently has three horses and previously owned and managed a successful British Sports Horse stud farm.

Amelia Barnard

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and visiting London's West End theatres.

Ben enjoys helping customers find solutions to challenges and solving problems for the people who make a real difference every day. With a strong understanding of the sector, he is known for being knowledgeable, analytical and calm under pressure. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and using his experience to support customers in the best possible way.

Outside of work, Ben is often busy playing taxi driver for his daughters. When time allows, he enjoys watching rugby and playing cricket and padel.

Paul Davies
